Nasdaq runs the ceremony on a tight clock. All times Eastern.
T−24 HRS
Nasdaq texts and emails you a check-in link the day before. Complete it and a wallet pass downloads to your phone. Texts come from 1‑646‑679‑7268; email from nasdaqcheckin@fobi.ai. If neither arrives, check your spam folder — a photo ID still gets you in.
2:15 PM
Between 6th Avenue and Broadway. Wallet pass and photo ID at security, then bag screening. Coat check is in the lobby. Cocktails and canapés upstairs.
2:30 PM
Ours, and the reason to come at 2:15 rather than 3:45.
3:30 PM
Nasdaq takes the room. Rehearsal and group photos. Phones off or on silent from here. Once you are in the studio, you are on camera.
4:00 PM
Ten-second countdown, then the button. This is a live broadcast.
4:10 PM
Outside for photos in front of the Nasdaq tower, weather permitting. Scan the QR code on the screen as you re-enter to pull down your shots.
4:30 PM
You are out by 4:30.
2:15 – 4:30 PM
Before the bell.
The bell takes a minute. The rest of the afternoon is the reason to come.

Do it the night before
The wallet pass is what scans you through security. Complete check-in when the link lands.

You will be on camera in Studio A and outside on the tower.
03 · Belongings
Travel light
Coat check is in the lobby. Small bags come into the studio and rest on the right-hand ledge as you enter.
- Rolling suitcases are not permitted — leave them at the hotel
04 · In the studio
Shoot freely, flash off
Your own photos and video are welcome. Nasdaq's photographer shares roughly six key images within an hour, with the full gallery to follow.

05 · Watching
For anyone not in the room
The ceremony is a live broadcast from Studio A. We will send the stream link, and anything else that gets picked up, the week of.
